La Ca’ del Trima offers short- and mid-term apartment rentals;
all our apartments have been recently renovated, are air-conditioned, and feature free WiFi.
Located in the historic center of Melegnano, just a few minutes’ walk from the railway passante connected to Milan.
Our studios and one-bedroom apartments are divided between two separate buildings. Seven studios are located at Via Zuavi 91, and three one-bedroom apartments at Via 8 Giugno 55.
All our 10 apartments are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee machine, tableware, cookware, oven, washing machine and dishwasher, a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, bidet and courtesy set. Bed linen, blankets and household linens are included.
Thanks to the railway passante, you can easily reach the metro stops on the red, green, yellow and blue lines, the trade fair grounds, and Milan’s historic city center in just a few minutes.

I booked the property for my parents and their little dog, and they found the apartment brand new, well furnished, functional and clean. The staff was also extremely helpful, even when my parents had to extend their stay by a couple of nights at the last minute. The area is well served and well connected to Milan by train.
A very beautiful apartment, spacious, clean and above all equipped with every comfort (washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven and even a coffee machine). In the morning we enjoyed an amazing cappuccino. The location is strategic, as it is just a short walk from the Trenord station on the S lines, which connect the Milan hinterland area and the city center with the main metro stations.
A real convenience. We highly recommend it and, above all, we’ll gladly return.
A very modern apartment with a wooden ceiling. It was nice and warm, everything was in perfect condition and very clean.
The location is extremely convenient: there’s free parking less than a 5-minute walk away, and the train station is under 100 meters away.
